Mary Jane Kawahineaumoananuiakea Miguel, 72, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 7, 2013, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Dec. 21, 1940, in Hilo, she was a homemaker and former maintenance custodian for the Honolulu Police Department.

She is survived by companion, Edwin Wofford of Kailua-Kona; sons, Frank Miguel and Carl Miguel, both of Kailua-Kona; daughters, Yolanda (Kevin) Bottomley and Brenda Santos, both of Kailua-Kona; sister, Gloria (John) Gomes of Honolulu; brother, Butch Horde of Honolulu; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
